Firstly, I adjusted the brightness of the image to make it a bit lighter to really bring out the colour of the red dress.
I added a new layer to the photo and used the Paint Brush tool to paint on red lipstick, then I reduced the opacity to make it look more natural.
I added a new layer again and used the Paint Brush tool to give her red nail polish.

I added a new layer and picked up the colour of her skin tone and darkened it a little, then using the Paint Brush tool I added blusher to her cheeks to highlight her cheekbones. I the reduced the opacity to make it look more natural.
I added a new layer again and used the Paint Brush tool to paint on some eyeliner to really make her eyes stand out a bit more than the original photo.
I noticed she was wearing a friendship bracelet and it looked very out of place and contrasting to her outfit and the look of the photo. I managed to edit it out of the photo by painting over it with the colour of her skin tone. I then decided that a glamorous silver bracelet would look good as it would pick up the silver/grey tones of the background and microphone.
I found a suitable image of a bracelet:
In Photoshop, I erased the parts of the bracelet you wouldn't see if you were wearing it. I then reduced the brightness of the image to make it look more realistic in relation to the front cover photo. I then put it onto a new layer in the front cover photo and rotated it and reduced the size of the bracelet and adjusted it to make it fit in the right place on the model's wrist. Finally, I used the Spot Healing Brush tool to get rid of any spots and blemishes on her face and also used this tool to get delete the stains on the background wall.
