By simply just looking through the fonts on Photoshop I came across a few "jazzy" looking one...
Here are the three fonts I narrowed down:
Blackoak Std - this is my favourite as it is simple and would appeal to most audiences. I like how it is bold and stands out (which reflects the nature of some styles of Jazz).
Ravie - this one is very "jazzy" with its laid back look and "bubble" writing.
Snap ITC - again this one is "jazzy" and easy to read but I still think it looks childish.
