Research

NME magazine has more writing on the front cover rather than other magazines e.g. Q but the varying of fonts are used to make the texts more visually attractive and there is a small number of fonts to stop the cover from looking to busy. NME has a large target audience of people aged 17-30. The red, white and black colours can be seen in every issue and make the magazine easily recognisable to its audience.
