Front Cover Further Production...

I used the circle shape to cover the bracelets worn by my model. I added the white outline to make the shape look like a sticker similar to the shapes used on the Top of the Pops cover I analysed previously. I rotated the text to create a more intresting visual and used the colour scheme to keep the text exciting. I also added a barcode to make the magazine appear more professional, following conventions of popular magazines.

The space at the bottom of my shapes made the cover look empty so I added feminine swirls which would suit my target audience.

The top of the magazine also looked empty so I added the bar with a white stroke and coloured text. I used a statement similar to that seen on NME covers. I added the website, issue number and date as these conventions are popular in most magazines.
