Double Page Spread Production...

This is the basic layout of my double page spread. At first I planned to use an image spread across the full two pages but realised it may may my text difficult to read. I decided to use a picture on one half and text on the other, though I overlapped the picture across the centrefold to prevent text being cut off in the centre. It also makes the page appear quirkier!
I intended to split the right page into three sections of a text column followed by an image coloumn then another text column. I took two quote from the article to draw the readers attention to the article. I used different font sizes, colours and spacing between the lines to create asthetically pleasing text. The bold letters I used in the article at the start of paragraphs is a convention typical to many print articles.
