Genre

When deciding on a certain genre to aim my magazine at, i had to take into consideration that my audience would be mainly students and young adults. It would have to be a magazine that my audience would enjoy to read and therefore be regular consumers so I decided on creating a magazine similar to NME, an indie/alternative genre that would be appreciated by students and young people. They would need a firm knowledge on the type of genre, as do with other magazine types.
